What are your payment terms?
To secure your booking, we require an initial deposit of 30% of the total venue hire price. The second payment of 40% is due 6 months before your wedding day, and the final 30% is due 2 months prior. You can choose to pay in full or arrange alternative payment terms, as long as the minimum amounts are met.
During which months is the venue open, and what are your available days?
Our wedding season runs from April to the end of October, with weddings taking place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Is glamping included?
The use of the camping field is included in the venue hire, whether you're bringing your own tents, motorhomes, or similar. If you'd like to add a glamping experience for your wedding, this can be arranged through a glamping supplier. We offer a selection of recommended suppliers in our directory, or you’re welcome to choose a supplier of your choice.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Yes! Couples can use any professional supplier of their choosing whether that be from our directory of recommended suppliers, or one they have found outside of our list.
How many people can I have to my wedding?
The ceremony area and seating within the tipi can accommodate up to 160 guests. The total venue capacity is 200 if you choose a non-seated wedding breakfast in the tipi or have additional guests in the evening.
